How does Death arrive?Perhaps
How does Death arrive?
Perhaps he is polite,
Perhaps he walks in like a gentleman,
Tips his hat, and says
Good day, Sir, or perhaps Madame,
The time has come for me to walk with you, come, I insist.
Or maybe he is as a storm,
Violent and destructive,
Dragging those he chooses to oblivion,
While they kick and scream.
Maybe He dances in,
A slow waltz perhaps,
or a firey tango,
after all, both of those take two.
Perhaps it is that he walks in, and beckons,
And his victim follows,
Compelled to follow,
As a moth to a flame.
He could be as a lover,
A welcome thing to his love,
Something embraced eagerly, but tenderly.
Maybe, just maybe, we wi

“When light begins to fade from their world, six heroes will gather. These heroes will gather at the heart of a foreign world, only bring back the light to their world. These heroes will fight against all odds to find the volumes of the sacred works, and when all seems lost, will bring these works together to restore light, and stave off the impending darkness.”
Scarlet found herself running through a forest. The thought of the thing that was chasing her, and what it might do to her if it caught her, was exactly the kind of pleasant, motivating thought one would need to continue running from whatever horrifying fate awaited them

I am a student first and foremost, but honestly love writing for fun. I love writing everything from poetry to rants on politics. I also have a love of anime, and certainly cannot live without playing TF2. I am currently writing a bigger piece of writing that I hope to eventually get published, but it's still in the beginning few chapters, and at this point I'm introducing the main charaters to each other, and I happen to think it's coming out great, and that it'll be grammatically sound when I get all of the redundancies out of it. (That's what happens when you write late at night.) Also a couple of my satires are up here if you want to take a look at them, one's a parody fanfic, and the other's just what would have happened if I had written the Bible.

Oh, boy, what fun. Band auditions. A weekend full of practicing scales on the saxophone at 150 beats a minute, and practgicing the two etudes they gave us to practice. now, 150 BPM isn't that fast, actually, it's really not challenging for me, but some of those scales become hard at that tempo.
I had heard of this utter loser, but did some more digging, and found out just how pathetic he is. Normally, I would go track him down and troll the shit out of him with really long words that he couldn't understand, but I'm lazy.

This world has gotten pretty fucked up. I have a hard time believing that some of the things that I see in the media happened, not because I am in denial, but because I find it hard to believe that anyone with the capacity to live would do some of the things I read about. I think that most of the tragedy, and utterly offensive actions by people could have been prevented by careful thinking, and implementation of preventative measures. Chick-fil-A is well within their rights to donate to hate groups to "uphold the family values as defined in the Bible", but could the shootings in Colorado been prevented? I argue that they could have been preve
